@citc I am self-hosting. I'm asking in the case that a user, say, uploads CSAM to share privately with people using my server.

@Comrade Ferret Yes, anyone with access to the file system of the hub has access to the files. There's really no practical way to avoid this, other than the user uploading the file encrypting it before doing so.
